About the Opportunity: The TRAVEL SUPPORT SPECIALIST role focuses on guiding clients through their entire travel process, from initial booking to post-trip follow-up. This position is responsible for managing reservations and client communications to ensure accuracy and quality throughout the travel experience. The specialist contributes to client satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and coordinating multiple trips efficiently.
