Join our growing trucking company! We are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our team. We operate a fleet of 30 trucks and are looking for someone who can keep our drivers moving, maximize revenue, and build strong relationships with brokers.
Compensation
- 3% commission based on gross revenue from dispatched loads.
- Unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Book profitable loads.
- Negotiate rates with brokers.
- Plan routes and maximize truck utilization.
- Communicate with drivers throughout the trip.
- Track loads and resolve any issues.
- Update load information and maintain dispatch records.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a truck dispatcher.
- Knowledge of the U.S. trucking industry.
- Experience with load boards (DAT, reputed company, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- English proficiency.
