About the Role
INSPYR Solutions is seeking a UI/UX Designer/Developer with strong frontend engineering skills to help build engaging, intuitive digital experiences for products focused on corporate travel and event management. This role combines frontend development with UX design, offering the opportunity to translate design concepts into functional, scalable interfaces. This is an initial six-month contract position. The role is remote, requires working Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours, and may involve occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and develop scalable frontend solutions using React and modern web technologies. Design and implement user interfaces, from initial wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity mockups. Use data-driven insights to refine interfaces and improve the overall user experience. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to maintain consistent, intuitive user experiences. Develop and maintain reusable component libraries. Maintain high standards for code quality, usability, and frontend performance.
Required Qualifications
At least three years of professional, non-internship experience in frontend, web, or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience working with JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular.
Preferred Qualifications
Three or more years of frontend development experience, particularly with React. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js. Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Proficiency with design tools such as Figma. Experience using version control systems. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Location and Work Arrangement Remote position with working hours aligned to PST. Occasional travel may be required. Initial six-month contract. Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay range: $45–$50, depending on skills and experience. Comprehensive medical benefits. 401(k) retirement plan. Additional benefits may be available.
