UI/UX Product Designer

Owning the product design for client apps, the mid-senior UI/UX Product Designer will work remotely on a monthly retainer, collaborating with US-based founders and product owners to deliver clean, buildable specifications to engineering teams while managing the design process from discovery to handoff. Key responsibilities Lead product UI/UX design for mobile and web applications, ensuring a smooth transition from discovery to handoff Conduct client-facing design reviews and workshops, maintaining strong relationships while providing constructive feedback Create comprehensive design deliverables, including flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes, while building and maintaining design systems Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in designing production mobile and/or web products, with a portfolio showcasing full case studies Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and clean file structure Strong understanding of mobile and web design principles, including platform-specific considerations Familiarity with AI design tools to enhance workflow efficiency Experience: 4 years required
