We are seeking a University Partnerships Director to help build relationships with colleges, universities, career services offices, academic departments, and workforce development programs. This role will help expand experiential learning opportunities while creating stronger pathways between education, workforce readiness, and community impact. What This Role Brings Build relationships with colleges and universities Engage faculty, advisors, and career services teams Support student referral and participation pathways Identify opportunities for institutional partnerships Help strengthen TechStep's workforce-development ecosystem Ideal ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following areas: Higher education leadership Academic administration Career services Student success programs Workforce development Experiential learning initiatives Community partnerships Direct technology experience is helpful, but not required.
