[UNPAID] Instagram UGC Creator Intern
About Cruze Cruze is a transportation startup building AI that predicts and dissolves "phantom traffic jams" — stop-and-go traffic waves that form with no crash or bottleneck, no new hardware required. Cruze works with existing infrastructure to reduce congestion for cities/DOTs and cut fuel costs for fleets. Currently piloting in Texas. Role Overview This is an unpaid internship for a creator who wants to build a real portfolio in startup marketing. You'll own Cruze's Instagram presence — filming and editing short-form UGC-style content (Reels, Stories, carousels) that makes traffic tech relatable and gets Cruze in front of drivers, fleet partners, investors, and city officials.
Responsibilities
Film, edit, and post 3-4 Instagram Reels/carousels per week plus regular Stories Create authentic UGC-style content: talking-head explainers, commute/traffic POVs, trends, and behind-the-scenes startup life Engage daily with relevant accounts, comments, and DMs in the transportation, AI, and startup space Track and report weekly performance (views, reach, saves, follower growth) Brainstorm content ideas and campaigns with the founding team
What We're Looking For
Comfortable on camera and active on Instagram/TikTok Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, or similar) Interest in startups, marketing, transportation, or AI Self-motivated and able to work independently Portfolio or sample content is a plus (personal accounts count!) What You'll Get Hands-on startup marketing/growth experience and published work for your portfolio Direct mentorship from the founding team Real exposure to fundraising and go-to-market strategy at an early-stage startup Flexible, fully remote schedule Potential for a paid role as Cruze grows Compensation: Unpaid
