Overview:
We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to work remotely for a duration of 6+ months. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their users.
Responsibilities:
• Design web-based user interfaces and user experiences
- Create storyboards, mockups, and clickable prototypes
- Develop and implement a new volunteer management system on the client's website
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Deliver production-quality designs that meet the needs of stakeholders
- *Qualifications:**
• 3+ years of experience in web-based user interface design and user experience design
- 2+ years of experience designing websites
- 3+ years of experience with creating storyboards, mockups, and clickable prototypes
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Miro, and Figjam
- Knowledge of infrastructure management functions and systems
- Understanding of system and technology alternatives
- Familiarity with the system development lifecycle
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Proven research and analysis skills to test usability and preferential features with A/B testing
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects with a focus on desktop and mobile applications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Bachelor's degree in Design or other relevant field
