Hi #Connections We are looking for a highly motivated, 🔷Position: Varicent Developer 🏠 Location: Remote 🔷ABOUT THE ROLE Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Varicent Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain sales performance management and incentive compensation solutions using the Varicent platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Varicent Incentives, incentive compensation management (ICM), sales compensation plans, data integration, and reporting. The candidate will work closely with business analysts, sales operations, finance teams, and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable compensation solutions. ## Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and maintain Varicent Incentives applications. Implement incentive compensation plans, commission calculations, bonuses, quotas, and sales performance models. Develop and maintain Varicent models, calculations, rules, workflows, and business logic. Build and maintain data integration processes to import compensation-related data from various source systems. Work with SQL, relational databases, and data transformation processes to support Varicent applications. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs for sales compensation and performance management. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compensation calculations, data processing, integrations, and application performance. Perform unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production support. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Optimize existing Varicent models and processes for accuracy, scalability, and performance. Prepare technical documentation and support deployment and release activities. ## Required Skills Hands-on experience with the Varicent Incentives platform. Strong understanding of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Performance Management (SPM). Experience configuring compensation plans, commission structures, quotas, accelerators, and bonus calculations. Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases. Experience with data integration, ETL processes, data mapping, and data validation. Knowledge of Varicent modeling, calculations, workflows, and reporting capabilities. Experience in debugging, testing, and production support. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ## Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating Varicent with CRM, ERP, HR, payroll, or finance systems. Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise applications. Experience with APIs, web services, and automated data pipelines. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Experience in sales operations, finance, commissions, or compensation management. ## Expected Deliverables Configured and tested Varicent compensation models. Accurate commission and incentive calculation processes. Reliable data integrations and reporting solutions. Technical documentation and testing artifacts.
