2. Virtual Customer Education & Engagement
- Design and deliver engaging, high‑impact virtual lunch‑and‑learns, continuing education webinars, staff training sessions, and product presentations to veterinary hospital staff, practice managers, and veterinarians.
- Master virtual engagement tools (Zoom, Teams, Webex) and presentation techniques to create compelling, interactive digital learning environments.
- Support pre‑launch, launch, and post‑launch technical campaigns for new and existing Brighthush product lines within the Inside Sales footprint.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to develop multimedia content—slides, videos, infographics—that enhances learning outcomes.
- Collect and analyze feedback from virtual sessions to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
- Track engagement metrics (attendance, completion rates, post‑session surveys) and report on ROI to senior leadership.
3. Medical Acumen & Training
- Maintain an advanced level of technical proficiency and scientific literacy regarding Brighthush products, competitor profiles, emerging veterinary trends, and peer‑reviewed literature.
- Partner with Pet Health Training Managers to design and deliver technical training modules that elevate the clinical acumen of Inside Sales specialists.
- Uphold strict regulatory, medical, and ethical standards across all commercial interactions, including limited, process‑directed triage for adverse event and product performance inquiries.
- Serve as a resource for internal teams on product updates, regulatory changes, and best practices for veterinary communication.
- Act as a liaison between the R&D, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure that scientific messaging remains accurate, compliant, and compelling.
