Vice President Business Operations
Role Description The Vice President Business Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end business and operational performance across the organization. This role will lead strategic planning and execution of business operations, ensuring alignment with company goals, profitability targets, and service quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing operational processes, optimizing workflows, coordinating cross-functional programs, and monitoring financial and operational metrics for continuous improvement. The Vice President will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive growth initiatives, enhance client experience, and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. The role also involves mentoring teams, implementing best practices in operations management, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Candidates should possess strong Business Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee and optimize organizational processes. Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support strategic decisions. Candidates should possess Program Management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of projects. Candidates should possess Finance skills to manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and support sustainable growth. Proven leadership experience in senior operations or business management roles, preferably within real estate or related industries. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a track record of executing operational improvements. Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; a master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage. Comfort with remote collaboration tools and the ability to work effectively in a remote, high-responsibility environment.
