Vice President Marketing

Role Description The Vice President Marketing at KLBRS Security Services is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and execution. This role oversees brand positioning, integrated marketing campaigns, and the alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, supervising market research and analysis, guiding marketing teams, and coordinating with sales, product, and operations to support growth. The Vice President Marketing will manage budgets, optimize marketing channels, oversee public relations efforts, and ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints. This role also involves monitoring performance metrics, reporting on outcomes to senior leadership, and continuously identifying opportunities to strengthen KLBRS Security Services’ presence in the security services market.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Market Planning and Marketing Management, with demonstrated experience building and executing strategic marketing plans. Strong Market Research skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Expertise in Marketing and Public Relations to drive brand awareness, reputation management, and stakeholder communication. Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and collaborating with executive stakeholders. Experience in B2B or service-based industries; security services or related sectors is highly beneficial. Ability to develop and manage budgets, measure ROI, and use marketing analytics tools to optimize performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and storytelling capabilities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage. Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and time management.
