Vice President of Advanced Digital Financial Innovation

Role Description The Vice President of Advanced Digital Financial Innovation is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative, technology-enabled financial solutions for clients. Day-to-day tasks include defining strategic priorities for digital finance initiatives, overseeing end-to-end project delivery, and coordinating cross-functional teams to implement new platforms, tools, and processes. This role involves conducting market and regulatory research, identifying opportunities for advanced analytics and automation, and building strategic partnerships with technology providers and financial institutions. The Vice President will also set performance metrics, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure that new solutions align with client needs, operational efficiency, and risk management standards. The position requires close collaboration with leadership and internal teams to embed digital innovation into the company’s service offerings and long-term strategy.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market trends, client needs, and regulatory developments. Demonstrated experience in Strategic Planning and Strategic Partnerships to shape long-term digital finance initiatives and external collaborations. Proven Project Management skills to lead complex, multi-phase implementation efforts across distributed teams. Extensive background in financial services, accounting, or fintech, with a focus on digital transformation and innovation. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Experience with data analytics, automation tools, and cloud-based financial platforms is highly beneficial. Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
