Role Description The Vice President of Business Development is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading growth initiatives across dApps, DeFi, and AI offerings. This role oversees the development and execution of the business development strategy, identifying new markets, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating new business opportunities, leading partner and client conversations, and negotiating commercial terms and contracts. The Vice President will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align business objectives with product roadmaps and go-to-market plans. This role also involves monitoring industry trends, refining business plans, setting revenue targets, and managing key accounts to drive sustainable, long-term growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Sales skills to identify, pursue, and close growth opportunities. Candidates should possess Business Planning skills, including market analysis, strategic planning, and revenue forecasting. Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation skills to structure, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements with partners and clients. Candidates should possess Account Management skills to build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and inclusive working style. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and make data-informed decisions.
