Vice President of Business Development
Company Description
ZAV Architects is an architecture practice focused on designing the full process of creating built spaces, from raw resources to adaptable environments. The firm emphasizes rediscovering local and often overlooked materials and crafts, collaborating closely with local workforces to transform these resources into sustainable, flexible spaces. Inspired by regional traditions, such as turning simple wool into multi-use carpets through creative design and plant-based dyes, ZAV values “adopted aesthetics” that embrace imperfection and authenticity. This approach supports economically viable, culturally grounded architecture that responds to diverse ways of living and using space. Prospective team members join a practice that is deeply committed to process-driven design, local engagement, and resilient, adaptable architecture.
