Role Description The Vice President of Business Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing core operational functions across the company. This position leads strategic planning for business operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and efficient execution of key programs and initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing operational processes, supervising program and project delivery, monitoring financial performance, and identifying areas for improvement in workflows and resource utilization. The role collaborates with executive leadership, finance, technology, and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, support decision-making through data analysis, and enhance overall business performance. The Vice President of Business Operations is also expected to establish metrics, implement best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Business Operations and Operations Management to oversee and streamline company-wide processes. Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, develop insights, and support strategic decision-making. Proven experience in Program Management to lead complex initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Solid understanding of Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. Experience in technology or IT services environments is highly beneficial. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with strong organizational and self-management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
