Role Description The Vice President of Business Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing Meazy’s end-to-end operational framework across global markets. This position leads business operations strategy, designs scalable processes, and ensures alignment between sourcing, logistics, finance, and product teams to support sustainable growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing operational performance metrics, driving cross-functional program execution, and implementing systems that enhance efficiency, transparency, and compliance. The role also oversees budgeting and financial planning for operations, supports data-driven decision-making, and mentors operations leaders to maintain high standards in service delivery. The Vice President will collaborate closely with executive leadership to shape organizational priorities and enable a resilient, planet-positive supply chain.
Qualifications
Strong Business Operations and Operations Management skills to design, optimize, and scale processes across global functions. Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, develop performance dashboards, and support strategic decision-making. Proven Program Management experience in leading cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, and delivering operational improvements. Solid Finance skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization within a growth-oriented organization. Executive-level leadership experience in operations or related fields, ideally within supply chain, logistics, sustainability, or technology. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams and to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders. Experience building or scaling sustainable or impact-driven businesses is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
