Vice President of Business Transformation
Role Description The Vice President of Business Transformation is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading strategic initiatives that optimize operations, drive growth, and enhance organizational performance. This position oversees end-to-end transformation programs, from opportunity identification and business case development through implementation and measurement of results. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes, design improved workflows, and implement technology and organizational changes that support Fundação Ageas’s long-term objectives. The role involves setting transformation priorities, managing project portfolios, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring alignment with financial and operational targets. The Vice President also mentors leaders, promotes a culture of continuous improvement, and communicates transformation progress and outcomes to executive stakeholders and governance bodies.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and business analysis capabilities to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations. Proficiency in finance and financial modeling to build robust business cases, manage budgets, and evaluate the impact of transformation initiatives. Demonstrated project management expertise to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs, manage timelines and resources, and ensure successful delivery. Experience in sales and commercial strategy to align transformation efforts with revenue growth, customer value, and market positioning. Proven leadership experience in business transformation, change management, or strategy at a senior level, preferably in large or matrixed organizations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams and levels. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating autonomy, accountability, and collaboration across geographies. Advanced degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in senior transformation or strategy roles is highly valued.
