Vice President of Corporate Projects
Role Description The Vice President of Corporate Projects at Fundação Ageas is a full-time remote role responsible for leading strategic initiatives from concept to implementation across the organization. This position oversees the planning, execution, and governance of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, budgets, and timelines. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership to define project priorities, establishing frameworks and methodologies, and monitoring performance through clear KPIs and reporting. The Vice President will guide project teams, manage stakeholder expectations, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes. This role also contributes to long-term strategic planning by identifying opportunities for innovation, operational efficiency, and impact.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership in managing complex, multi-stakeholder corporate projects and programs, including strategic planning and delivery. Experience establishing and refining project management frameworks, governance models, and performance metrics. Strong ability to collaborate with executive teams, communicate decisions clearly, and influence without direct authority. Proven skills in risk assessment, budget management, resource allocation, and project prioritization. Background in corporate, nonprofit, or foundation environments with a focus on social impact, sustainability, or community initiatives is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and structured manner. Comfort working remotely, with strong self-management, accountability, and digital collaboration skills. Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Public Administration, or related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are a plus. Fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly Portuguese, are beneficial.
