Vice President of Customer Relations

Role Description The Vice President of Customer Relations is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading customer relationship strategy and execution across Millennium Invest’s portfolio and stakeholder base. This position oversees the design and implementation of customer experience initiatives, ensuring consistent, high-quality interactions that support client retention and growth. The role includes managing customer feedback channels, analyzing satisfaction metrics, and collaborating with investment, sales, and operations teams to address client needs and improve service delivery. The Vice President will develop frameworks for proactive customer communication, guide resolution of complex client issues, and establish best practices for customer service and relationship management. This role also involves mentoring and directing customer-facing teams, contributing to business development efforts, and representing the company in key client engagements and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

Strong Business Relationship Management skills, including the ability to build, maintain, and expand strategic client and partner relationships. Demonstrated experience driving Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience initiatives, including measurement, analysis, and continuous improvement programs. Background in Sales and Customer Service, with a track record of supporting revenue growth through high-quality client engagement and service delivery. Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional and customer-facing teams in a remote environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with capacity to engage senior stakeholders and address complex client needs. Analytical and strategic thinking skills, including comfort with data-driven decision-making and customer performance metrics. Experience in investment, financial services, or related sectors is highly beneficial; familiarity with technology, luxury, real estate, or financing is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is advantageous.
