Vice President of Customer Success Location: Remote – United States Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Customer Success Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to lead customer retention, strengthen client relationships, and improve the overall customer experience. This role oversees customer success teams, develops engagement strategies, and ensures customers achieve value from the company’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement customer success strategies. Lead customer success managers and account management teams. Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and account growth. Build relationships with key clients and address escalated concerns. Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and reduce churn. Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams. Establish performance metrics and review team results. Report customer success performance and growth opportunities to executive leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services. Proven experience leading teams and managing customer relationships. Strong communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills. Experience with CRM platforms and customer retention metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or relevant professional certification. Experience leading customer success teams in a growing organization.
