Role Description The Produktionsmitarbeiter Korkvorbereitung (m/w/d) is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the preparation and processing of cork components used in jewelry production. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in production workflows, operating and monitoring machinery, handling materials, and preparing cork elements according to defined specifications. The role involves following established production line procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and collaborating with team members to meet daily output targets. The position also includes performing basic quality checks, documenting issues, and reporting any irregularities to supervisors to ensure consistent product quality.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Production Assistance and familiarity with Production Lines to support efficient workflows. Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation to safely run, adjust, and monitor production equipment. Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to inspect materials and finished cork components for defects and compliance with standards. Candidates should be Easily Adaptable, with the ability to learn new processes and adjust to changing production requirements. Basic technical understanding of manufacturing or jewelry production environments is beneficial. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions are required. Good organizational skills and time management to handle repetitive tasks and meet production deadlines. Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or craft-based work is an asset but not mandatory.
