Safe Swap App Position Title: Vice President of Finance Location: United States Work Arrangement: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Position OverviewThe Vice President of Finance is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and financial management activities. This role works closely with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making, maintain financial accuracy, optimize resource allocation, and promote sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. Develop financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives. Monitor financial performance, cash flow, expenditures, and budget variances. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support executive decision-making. Establish and maintain effective financial policies, internal controls, and reporting procedures. Oversee financial risk assessment and support compliance with applicable financial regulations. Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, financial processes, and resource allocation. Collaborate with department leaders to align financial planning with operational priorities. Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and performance updates for executive leadership. Support long-term financial planning, business expansion, and strategic investment decisions. QualificationsSignificant experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, accounting, or financial management. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial controls. Proven leadership and strategic decision-making abilities. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to executive leadership. High standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred. Experience in a technology-driven or digital services company is an advantage. Work ArrangementThis is a full-time remote position based in the United States. The Vice President of Finance will collaborate with executive leadership and relevant departments through virtual meetings and digital communication tools to support the company’s financial objectives and overall business strategy.
