Vice President of Financial Control
Company Description
Mannsion Group is an investment firm focused on companies with clear value creation, particularly fast-growing, late-stage private businesses. The organization works closely with Family Offices and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) investors who seek direct investments outside traditional diversified private equity funds. Drawing on over 15 years of experience with capital structures and private markets access at top-tier firms, Mannsion Group offers specialized expertise in aligning company and investor interests. The firm has differentiated access to growth and late-stage private companies through strong relationships with founders, C-suite executives, and institutional investors on company cap tables. This creates a platform where long-term, high-value investor relationships can support company growth and strategic objectives. Role Description The Vice President of Financial Control is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and enhancing the firm’s financial control framework, reporting processes, and analytical capabilities. The Vice President leads financial planning and forecasting activities, supports investment decision-making through rigorous financial analysis, and provides structured insights into portfolio performance and firm-level financial health. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with investment, operations, and compliance teams to maintain robust financial controls, optimizing reporting systems, and implementing best practices in finance and risk management. The role also involves contributing to strategic initiatives, supporting senior leadership with data-driven recommendations, and helping maintain strong relationships with investors by providing clear and reliable financial information.
