Vice-President of Financial Management
Role Description This full-time, remote Vice-President of Financial Management role at Vontobel Productions LTDA is responsible for overseeing the organization’s overall financial strategy, performance, and risk management. The role includes leading financial planning and budgeting cycles, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting to executive leadership and stakeholders. The Vice-President will review and interpret financial statements, develop forecasts, and provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions. Daily responsibilities include managing finance team members, maintaining internal controls, overseeing compliance with relevant regulations, and collaborating with other departments to align financial goals with business initiatives. This role also drives continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and analytical capabilities to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Strong finance foundation, including demonstrated experience in Finance and Financial Planning. Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity for stakeholders. Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, build forecasts, and support strategic decision-making. Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and cross-functional initiatives in a senior or executive-level role. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and risk assessment in a corporate environment. Familiarity with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial audiences. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred. Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across locations.
