Role Description The Vice-President of Global Growth at Forvia Siemar is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for driving international expansion and revenue growth across key markets. This position oversees global sales initiatives, shapes market entry and growth strategies, and collaborates with regional leaders to achieve ambitious performance targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and executing growth plans, leading cross-functional teams, analyzing market and customer data, and optimizing go-to-market approaches. The role also involves partnering with marketing to build brand presence, developing strategic partnerships, and reporting on performance metrics to senior leadership. The Vice-President of Global Growth fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term vision.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development, including building and managing pipelines, closing complex deals, and expanding into new markets. Strong Team Leadership capabilities, with experience managing diverse, distributed teams and developing talent in high-growth environments. Proven Strategic Planning skills, with a track record of designing and executing data-driven growth strategies at a global scale. Solid understanding of Marketing principles and practices to support brand positioning, demand generation, and market differentiation. Extensive experience in global or multinational business contexts, ideally in senior growth or commercial roles. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Comfort operating in a remote, fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and decision-making skills. Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
