Role Description The Vice President of Global Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing company-wide operational strategies and execution. This role will lead end-to-end operations, including process design, resource planning, and performance management to support commercial real estate financing activities across markets. The Vice President will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement operational frameworks that enhance efficiency, scalability, risk management, and client service delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing cross-functional projects, aligning operations with strategic business objectives, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position will also mentor operational leaders, standardize best practices, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of services globally.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Operations Management and Operational Excellence to design, lead, and refine scalable processes and frameworks. Candidates should possess experience in Supply Chain Management or analogous end-to-end workflow management, particularly in service or financial environments. Candidates should possess Strategic Planning capabilities to align operational initiatives with long-term business goals and growth priorities. Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and measurement. Extensive leadership experience in operations within financial services, real estate, or related industries. Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams, build collaborative cultures, and drive accountability through metrics and performance dashboards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in data-driven management and operational reporting tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and external partners. Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
