Vice President of Global Planning Services
Role Description The Vice President of Global Planning Services is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing strategic planning and execution of service delivery across international markets. This role leads the design, implementation, and optimization of global professional services offerings, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing project portfolios, setting performance standards, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Vice President will establish best practices for planning processes, monitor service quality, analyze key metrics, and report on outcomes to senior leadership. This role also involves mentoring team leaders, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and representing Planning Services in executive and client-facing discussions.
Qualifications
Strong background in Service Delivery and Professional Services, with demonstrated ability to design and manage high-quality service offerings. Proven Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication for complex, multi-region initiatives. Experience driving Customer Satisfaction through structured feedback processes, performance measurement, and continuous improvement programs. Established Team Leadership capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and building inclusive, high-performing global teams. Extensive experience in strategic planning and operations within technology or digital services organizations. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing distributed teams and collaborating across time zones. Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in using data to guide strategy and priorities. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. Experience with web technologies, digital transformation, or creative development services is highly beneficial.
