Vice President of Global Planning Services

Role Description The Vice President of Global Planning Services is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and delivery of simulation services across global markets. This role involves defining and executing long-term planning frameworks, aligning service offerings with organizational goals, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of simulation solutions. The Vice President will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage complex projects, allocate resources, and optimize processes to support sustainable growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring service performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, engaging with key clients and stakeholders, and mentoring team members to maintain high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Demonstrated experience in Service Delivery and Professional Services within a technology or simulation-focused environment. Advanced Project Management skills, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Effective Team Leadership capabilities, with experience leading diverse, remote, and cross-functional teams. Extensive background in strategic planning, global operations, or consulting, ideally in technology, training, or simulation industries. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives across regions. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Comfort working in a remote, digitally driven environment, with proficiency in collaboration and project management tools.
