Role Description The Vice President of Internal Communications is a full-time, remote role responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s internal communications strategy across all levels and functions. This role oversees the planning, development, and delivery of clear, consistent messaging that aligns employees with the firm’s vision, goals, and key initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing communication plans for major projects and organizational changes, drafting and reviewing internal announcements and leadership messages, and managing channels such as town halls, newsletters, intranet, and collaboration platforms. The Vice President will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure information flows effectively, support employee engagement, and reinforce the company’s culture and values. The role also involves measuring communication effectiveness, using feedback and data to improve strategies, and guiding internal communications governance and standards.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Corporate Communications and Strategic Communications, with the ability to develop and lead comprehensive internal communication strategies. Proficiency in Public Relations and Media Relations to align internal messaging with external narratives and support reputation management when needed. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing Press Releases and executive communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational objectives. Proven leadership experience in internal communications or related fields, including managing teams and collaborating with senior executives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate messages. Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in multicultural, international environments. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, demonstrating high levels of autonomy, accountability, and time management. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage. Experience in professional services, consulting, or financial services environments is beneficial.
