Vice President of International Project Implementation

Role Description This is a full-time remote role. The position is responsible for contributing to Pronexus’s digital solutions by executing daily tasks that support product development, platform quality, and customer experience. Typical activities may include collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting and refining processes, and assisting with the implementation of new features or enhancements. The role also involves monitoring system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and communicating clearly with internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will work independently, manage priorities effectively, and maintain a high standard of professionalism in a distributed team environment.

Qualifications

Strong digital literacy and familiarity with SaaS platforms, online assessments, or enterprise software. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a remote setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation and professional correspondence. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and suggest practical improvements. Comfort with using collaboration tools (e.g., project management, video conferencing, and shared documentation platforms). Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. Experience in technology, education, assessment, or HR tech environments is an advantage.
