Role Description The Vice President of Investment Management is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing all investment activities at Zennah Ai. This position will manage the company’s investment portfolio, evaluate new funding opportunities, and develop long-term capital allocation strategies aligned with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading investment analysis, conducting financial modeling, overseeing due diligence processes, and collaborating with executive leadership to inform strategic decisions. The role will also involve building relationships with investors, monitoring market trends relevant to technology and consumer products, and implementing risk management frameworks. The Vice President will mentor a small team, establish best practices for investment governance, and ensure clear communication of investment performance to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Investment Management and Investments, with a track record of managing portfolios or funds in growth-stage or technology-driven companies. Advanced Finance skills, including financial modeling, valuation, capital structure analysis, and performance reporting. Demonstrated experience in Due Diligence, including market analysis, risk assessment, and evaluation of potential investment targets or partners. Proficiency in developing and executing Investment Strategies that align with organizational objectives and balance growth with risk management. Extensive leadership experience in investment or corporate finance roles, preferably at the VP level or above. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, collaborate across functions, and communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach and attention to detail. Experience
