Vice President of Marketing

Role Description The Vice President of Marketing is a full-time remote role responsible for leading DHF’s marketing vision, strategy, and execution across all service offerings. This role oversees development of integrated marketing plans, coordinates brand positioning, and ensures consistent messaging across digital, print, and event channels. The Vice President of Marketing will manage market research initiatives, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities to expand DHF’s presence in workplace wellness and corporate health programs. Day-to-day tasks include directing marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales and operations teams, managing external vendors or agencies, and overseeing content and collateral development. The role also includes responsibility for public relations, thought leadership, and communication strategies that strengthen DHF’s reputation and support client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

Strong marketing strategy and leadership skills, including experience in Marketing and Marketing Management. Proficiency in Market Planning, with a track record of building and executing integrated marketing plans across multiple channels. Experience in Market Research, including customer insights, competitive analysis, and performance measurement. Background in Public Relations, including media engagement, brand storytelling, and reputation management. Proven experience in senior or executive marketing roles, preferably within health, wellness, or professional services sectors. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage cross-functional teams, and coordinate with external partners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are beneficial. Demonstrated ability to use data-driven decision-making, marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
