This executive-level role is responsible for developing operational strategies, overseeing cross-functional execution, improving business processes, and ensuring that operational priorities remain aligned with overall corporate objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong executive leadership, sound business judgment, and a demonstrated ability to manage complex operations, lead high-performing teams, and drive measurable results in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Operations Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that support corporate goals, business expansion, and long-term organizational performance. Executive Management: Provide senior-level leadership across operational functions, ensuring clear accountability, effective decision-making, and consistent execution of business priorities. Operational Excellence: Evaluate existing operating models, identify performance gaps, and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality. Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with executive leadership and department heads to align operational initiatives, coordinate resources, and advance strategic business objectives. Performance Management: Establish operational KPIs, performance standards, and reporting frameworks to monitor results, assess organizational effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement. Organizational Development: Build and develop strong management teams, strengthen leadership capabilities, and establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational discipline. Resource Allocation: Oversee operational planning, budgeting, workforce utilization, and resource deployment to ensure business priorities are supported effectively. Risk Management and Governance: Identify operational risks, strengthen internal controls, and promote consistent policies, procedures, and governance standards. Process Transformation: Lead operational transformation initiatives, including workflow optimization, systems improvements, and the adoption of scalable management practices. Business Growth Support: Work closely with executive leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, improve organizational readiness, and ensure operational capabilities evolve with business needs. Executive Reporting: Present operational performance, strategic recommendations, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership. Continuous Improvement: Establish a framework for ongoing operational evaluation, innovation, and performance enhancement across the organization. QualificationsSignificant experience in operations management, business administration, organizational leadership, or a related executive function. Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational initiatives and managing complex, cross-functional business activities. Strong strategic planning, analytical thinking, and executive decision-making capabilities. Proven ability to translate corporate strategy into measurable operational outcomes. Experience developing management teams, establishing performance standards, and driving organizational accountability. Strong financial acumen, including experience with operational budgeting, resource planning, and performance analysis. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage competing priorities, resolve complex operational challenges, and lead effectively in a remote environment. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred. An advanced degree or equivalent executive experience is an advantage.
