Vice President of Operations

Role Description The Vice President of Operations is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance across the organization. This role guides and optimizes core operations, ensuring that business processes, systems, and teams deliver consistent value to clients and internal stakeholders. The Vice President of Operations will lead strategic planning initiatives, manage key projects and operational roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align operations with company goals. This position is also accountable for P&L oversight, resource allocation, and operational risk management, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement, customer focus, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management experience, including designing, optimizing, and scaling business processes. Demonstrated P&L Management skills with a track record of driving profitability and cost efficiency. Customer Service leadership experience, ensuring high-quality client engagement and satisfaction. Strategic Planning capabilities, including setting operational priorities and aligning initiatives with company objectives. Project Management skills to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution. Experience leading remote and distributed teams with clear communication and performance management practices. Background in technology-driven or AI-focused businesses is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
