Vice-President of Operations

Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing operational performance across RBI’s diverse business units. This position will lead day-to-day operations planning, set and monitor performance metrics, and ensure efficient processes and resource utilization. The role includes providing strategic guidance to operational leaders, managing budgets and P&L, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that align with organizational goals. The Vice President Operations will collaborate closely with executive leadership to support long-term strategic plans, strengthen customer service standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role also involves building and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management, including process optimization and multi-site or multi-business unit oversight. Strong experience in P&L Management, budgeting, and financial performance analysis. Proficiency in Strategic Planning, including setting operational priorities and aligning initiatives with organizational objectives. Proven Project Management skills, with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. Commitment to high standards of Customer Service and stakeholder relationship management. Extensive leadership experience in operations or general management roles, preferably within construction, hospitality, real estate, or related industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a remote, collaborative environment. Track record of driving change, continuous improvement, and team development in a growing organization.
