Role Description The Vice President of Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance across the organization. This position leads operational planning, sets performance targets, and ensures service delivery aligns with company standards for efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role includes managing budgets and P&L, optimizing processes, and coordinating cross-functional projects that support growth and service quality. The Vice President of Operations will collaborate closely with leadership and field teams to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational metrics, and maintain compliance with industry and company guidelines. This role also involves mentoring operational leaders, maintaining strong customer service practices, and supporting continuous improvement across all service lines.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management experience, including overseeing multi-site or service-based operations. Proficiency in P&L Management, budgeting, and financial performance analysis. Background in Customer Service leadership, with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction. Demonstrated Strategic Planning skills, including setting operational goals and aligning resources. Project Management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and meet deadlines. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop diverse teams. Experience in HVAC, building services, or related industries is preferred but not required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Comfort with remote leadership, digital collaboration tools, and data-driven decision-making.
