Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Vice President of Operations to scale our operational infrastructure, report to senior leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional units. The ideal candidate brings wealth management expertise and a track record of leading remote teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Oversight & Leadership: Implement operational strategies and manage a decentralized team in a remote setting. Technology & Compliance: Optimize the firm's tech stack and ensure adherence to financial regulations. Client & Vendor Management: Enhance client onboarding workflows and oversee external partnerships. Analytics: Analyze performance metrics and manage budgets. Qualifications & Requirements 8–10 years of operational experience in financial services (RIAs/wealth management). 5+ years in senior leadership. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). Strong remote collaboration and virtual project coordination skills. Excellent communication skills for interfacing with stakeholders.
