Role Description The Vice President of Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance across client engagements and internal processes. This role leads operational planning, ensures efficient delivery of consulting services, and drives continuous improvement in workflows, tools, and methodologies. The Vice President of Operations will manage P&L performance, monitor key operational metrics, and collaborate with leadership to support strategic initiatives and growth objectives. Day-to-day tasks include directing project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, enhancing customer service delivery standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The role also involves optimizing resource allocation, identifying operational risks and solutions, and contributing to long-term strategic planning for Code Blue Consulting.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in Operations Management, including process optimization and cross-functional coordination. Proficiency in P&L Management, budgeting, and financial performance tracking. Strong Customer Service focus, with a history of building and maintaining client relationships. Expertise in Strategic Planning, including setting operational priorities and aligning initiatives with business goals. Advanced Project Management skills, with experience overseeing multiple complex projects and meeting deadlines. Proven leadership experience in consulting, medical device, wireless, or related technology sectors is highly beneficial. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with comfort working in a remote environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
