Role Description The Vice President of Operations is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across Kleza Solutions’ digital marketing and software development services. This role ensures operational efficiency, manages resource allocation, and drives process improvements to support sustainable growth and client satisfaction. The Vice President of Operations will collaborate closely with executive leadership to align operations with strategic objectives, oversee P&L performance, and support data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and establishing best practices for project execution and customer service. The role also involves risk management, vendor and partner oversight, and continuous refinement of operational standards to maintain high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management experience, including process optimization and cross-functional team leadership. Proficiency in P&L Management, budgeting, and financial performance tracking to support organizational goals. Demonstrated commitment to Customer Service excellence, with experience in building client-centric operational practices. Advanced Strategic Planning skills, with ability to translate business objectives into operational roadmaps. Proven Project Management capabilities, including managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a remote environment. Prior leadership experience in digital marketing, technology, or software development organizations is highly beneficial. Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills, with a collaborative, inclusive leadership style. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus. Comfort with remote work tools and distributed teams, and ability to operate effectively across time zones.
