Vice President of Planning

Role Description The Vice President of Planning at AMICALE DES ETUDIANTS DE MARKETING INTERNATIONAL IRIC-AMIRIC is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing strategic and operational planning for the organization. This position coordinates long-term initiatives, sets planning priorities, and ensures alignment with the association’s mission and goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing annual and multi-year plans, creating timelines and milestones for projects, and monitoring progress against key performance indicators. The Vice President of Planning collaborates closely with other executive members, leads planning meetings, prepares reports and presentations for stakeholders, and ensures effective resource allocation across programs and activities. The role also involves identifying risks, proposing solutions, and continuously improving planning processes to support sustainable growth and impact.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management, and organizational development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams. Leadership experience in student associations, non-profits, or marketing-oriented organizations is highly beneficial. Proficiency with planning and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms). Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; advanced studies or relevant certifications are an advantage.
