Vice President of Products

Role Description The Vice President of Products is a full-time, remote role responsible for setting the product vision, defining strategy, and driving execution across the product portfolio. This role oversees end-to-end product lifecycle management, from market analysis and roadmap development to launch and ongoing optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring product teams, collaborating with cross-functional partners such as engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, and prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and customer needs. The Vice President of Products will regularly review product performance metrics, gather feedback from customers and stakeholders, and make data-informed decisions to enhance product-market fit and growth. This role also contributes to annual planning, resource allocation, and alignment of product initiatives with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management, with experience owning a portfolio of products and defining long-term roadmaps. Effective Cross-functional Team Leadership skills, with a track record of partnering across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations. Ability to develop and communicate clear product visions and strategies to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and external stakeholders. Strong people management skills, including coaching, talent development, and building inclusive, high-performing product teams. Comfort working remotely, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across time zones.
