Role Description The Vice President of Products at Dropflares is a full-time remote role responsible for shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the platform. This role oversees end-to-end product management, from discovery and prioritization to delivery and iteration, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. The Vice President of Products will lead and mentor product teams, collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations, and define success metrics for key product initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing product performance, gathering feedback from creators and fans, driving continuous improvement, and guiding the launch of new features that enhance live streaming engagement and monetization.
Qualifications
Strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills, with experience owning product vision and roadmap in a digital or platform environment. Demonstrated Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, including defining KPIs, interpreting product metrics, and conducting market and user analysis. Proven Cross-functional Team Leadership, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to deliver cohesive product experiences. Hands-on Product Development experience, guiding products from concept through launch and iteration in an agile setting. Prior senior-level product leadership experience, ideally in live streaming, creator economy, gaming, or consumer internet products. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning capabilities. Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and leading distributed teams. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Design) or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree is a plus.
