Vice President of Products

Role Description The Vice President of Products is a part-time, remote role responsible for leading the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our services and solutions. This role oversees product planning and development, ensuring offerings align with client needs, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities in accounting, auditing, and tax services. The Vice President of Products will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, marketing, and service delivery, to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and guide execution from concept to launch. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, assessing product performance, refining service packages, and driving continuous improvement in product quality and client experience. The role also involves setting measurable objectives, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that product investments support long-term growth.

Qualifications

Strong product leadership skills, including Product Strategy and Product Management experience. Proficiency in Product Development, with a track record of shaping service offerings from concept to implementation. Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, client needs, financial performance, and product effectiveness. Demonstrated Cross-functional Team Leadership, with the ability to collaborate effectively across operations, finance, technology, and marketing. Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity and manage priorities across multiple initiatives. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including clear presentation and documentation abilities.
