Vice President of Professional Services

Role Description The Vice President of Professional Services is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading and scaling Naika Invest’s professional services function across its portfolio companies. This role oversees service delivery, implementation, and post-investment support to ensure portfolio businesses receive consistent, high-quality advisory and operational assistance. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and optimizing service methodologies, managing cross-functional projects, and collaborating closely with founders and internal stakeholders to improve business processes and customer outcomes. The Vice President will coordinate consulting engagements, oversee training programs for portfolio teams, and establish performance metrics and best practices. This role also involves building and mentoring a professional services team, managing resource allocation, and contributing to strategic planning and value-creation initiatives across the portfolio.

Qualifications

Strong background in Professional Services, with experience designing and leading service delivery models in a growth or investment environment. Demonstrated expertise in Business Process Improvement, including mapping workflows, optimizing operations, and implementing scalable frameworks. Experience in Consulting, especially advising early-stage or high-growth companies on strategy, operations, and customer success. Proven Project Management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, stakeholders, and timelines. Ability to design and deliver Training programs for founders and portfolio teams, including workshops, playbooks, and ongoing support. Leadership experience managing distributed or remote teams, with strong collaboration and communication skills. Background in investment, venture capital, private equity, or scaling startups is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Comfort working in a remote, international setting with diverse stakeholders and fast-changing priorities.
