Vice President of Project Management

Role Description The Vice President of Project Management is a full-time remote role responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across the acquired portfolio company and Lauber Equity’s internal operations. This position oversees project and program planning, defines scopes and timelines, aligns stakeholders, and ensures that initiatives are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to defined quality standards. The role includes setting project management frameworks, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing best practices to support growth, operational efficiency, and integration activities. The Vice President will collaborate closely with executive leadership, functional heads, and external partners to manage risk, track performance metrics, and continuously improve project execution. This role also involves mentorship of project teams, clear communication of priorities, and structured reporting on project status, outcomes, and lessons learned.

Qualifications

Strong Project Management skills, including end-to-end project lifecycle ownership and cross-functional coordination. Program Management experience managing multiple related initiatives, dependencies, and strategic portfolios. Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess trade-offs, and support evidence-based decision-making. Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Planning, including resource forecasting, cost control, and timeline management. Experience leading projects in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or compliance-driven environments is highly beneficial. Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Track record of building and improving project management processes, tools, and governance frameworks. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are a plus.
