Vice President of Regional Marketing
Role Description The Vice President of Regional Marketing is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies that align with ARCreated’s wellness mission and growth objectives. This role oversees regional market planning, campaign development, and brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging across digital, social, and community-based channels. The Vice President leads market research initiatives to identify regional opportunities, audience segments, and partnership prospects, translating insights into actionable marketing plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing regional marketing budgets, guiding cross-functional teams, collaborating with wellness practitioners to create targeted programs, and measuring campaign performance against defined KPIs. The role also supports public relations activities, including regional media outreach, community engagement, and events that strengthen brand awareness and client trust.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management to design and lead effective regional strategies. Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Candidates should possess skills in Marketing to oversee campaign development, branding, and multi-channel execution. Candidates should possess skills in Public Relations to manage regional media relations, community outreach, and reputation-building activities. Proven experience in senior marketing leadership, ideally in wellness, health, fitness, or related consumer services sectors. Demonstrated ability to develop data-informed strategies, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience managing remote or distributed teams. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is beneficial. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems, along with a passion for wellness and client-centered service.
