Vice President of Regional Wholesale Operations

Role Description The Vice President of Regional Wholesale Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end wholesale operations across assigned regions. This position leads regional performance management, including setting operational targets, managing budgets, and driving process improvements to support business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing regional operations teams, monitoring key performance indicators, optimizing supply chain and distribution efficiency, and ensuring high service levels for wholesale partners. The role collaborates closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams to align operational strategies with business goals, manage P&L for regional operations, and support new market initiatives. This leader also drives strategic projects, implements standardized operating procedures, and fosters a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management experience with a focus on regional or multi-site wholesale or distribution environments. Demonstrated P&L Management capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and performance analysis. Customer Service orientation, with a track record of improving partner satisfaction and service-level performance. Proven Strategic Planning skills, including developing and executing long-term operational strategies and growth initiatives. Project Management experience leading cross-functional projects, process improvements, and system implementations. Leadership experience managing diverse teams, coaching managers, and building inclusive, high-performance cultures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in using data and dashboards to guide decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executive stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus. Experience working in remote or distributed organizations and comfort with digital collaboration tools. Knowledge of wholesale, retail, or supply chain operations; experience in regional or national networks is highly beneficial.
