Role Description The Vice President of Revenue Performance is a full-time remote role responsible for driving and optimizing revenue outcomes across Sentinel Capital’s investment strategies and business operations. This role oversees revenue analytics, financial modeling, and performance measurement to inform portfolio decisions and firm-level strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing revenue drivers and trends, reviewing financial statements and reporting, and partnering with investment, finance, and operations teams to design initiatives that enhance profitability and scalability. The Vice President will develop frameworks for forecasting and scenario analysis, refine pricing and fee structures, and ensure revenue performance metrics are accurately tracked and communicated to senior leadership. This position also contributes to strategic planning, risk assessment, and continuous improvement of processes that support sustainable long-term growth.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to interpret and apply financial concepts to revenue performance and investment decisions. Experience working with Financial Statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to assess profitability and identify performance drivers. Advanced Analytical Skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning to support revenue optimization and strategic initiatives. Background in Certified Public Accounting (CPA) or equivalent professional accounting qualification is highly beneficial. Proven track record in revenue management, performance analytics, or financial planning and analysis within investment management, financial services, or related sectors. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex financial insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS in Finance) is a plus. Familiarity with investment products, capital markets, and macro-economic trends; experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools is an advantage.
