Vice President of Services
Role Description The Vice President of Services at Viaprestige Agency is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the delivery, quality, and performance of all client services. This position leads service operations, defines standards and processes, and ensures that project timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met. The role includes setting service strategy, collaborating with cross-functional leaders on new offerings, and continuously improving workflows and tools. The Vice President of Services will manage and mentor service teams, monitor key performance indicators, and address escalated client issues with a focus on long-term relationship growth. This role also involves forecasting resource needs, aligning services with financial targets, and presenting service performance and recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, metrics, and performance reports to drive decision-making. Candidates should possess Finance and Budgeting skills to manage service P&L, allocate resources effectively, and support financial planning. Candidates should possess Strategic Planning capabilities to design service roadmaps, improve processes, and align operations with business goals. Candidates should possess Team Leadership experience, including leading diverse, remote teams, coaching managers, and fostering a collaborative culture. Candidates should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive and client levels. Candidates should possess experience in service operations or professional services, preferably within an agency or consulting environment. Candidates should possess strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
