Role Description The Vice President of Strategic Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing core business operations across the organization. This position leads strategic planning initiatives, aligns operational processes with business goals, and manages cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and profitability. The role includes ownership of P&L performance, development of operational policies, and coordination with merchandising, customer service, and finance teams to support sustainable growth. The Vice President will monitor key performance indicators, implement process improvements, and ensure that customer experience remains central to all operational decisions. This position also mentors leaders, supports change management efforts, and partners with senior leadership on long-term strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and cross-functional coordination. Demonstrated experience in P&L Management, budgeting, and financial performance analysis. Customer Service expertise with a focus on creating consistent, high-quality customer experiences. Proven Strategic Planning and Project Management skills for leading complex, multi-team initiatives. Experience in retail or consumer-facing industries; jewelry or luxury goods experience is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence at all organizational levels. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage distributed teams.
